MY MISSION

CREATE UNTAXABLE RETIREMENT

My personal experience of achieving financial independence for myself at a young age has helped me “invent” a process to help millions of people retire without all the risk—and smile throughout the entire process. Creating an untaxable retirement is a process I feel strongly about–and it’s one that many Americans desperately need to combat rising taxes and inflation.

“I wanted everyday Americans to have access to some of the same tax planning and investing strategies usually only available to the super-wealthy. After over 40 years of serving others, I have amassed the top advisors and coaches to help each family I serve have a retirement to Reduce Inflation, Taxes, and cope with rising Interest Rates.”

A FORMULA HELPING MILLIONS

As a young child, I would sit at the feet of my grandfather in his inventing laboratory. He actually created one of the first automatic transmissions for the automobile.

This experience changed my life. It gave me a desire to invent, build, and create. I remember sitting one day, after learning from him, thinking, “I am going to create something that will help millions.”

That single mission has propelled me through my life, and it was the driving force behind the creation of my 9 step process–a process that will help everyday Americans overcome the fear, worry, and confusion about their retirement future. How your money is taxed plays a huge part in determining how your money can provide for you, and it’s a pleasure to see how the 9 step process can create wealth in a ZERO tax bracket. It’s incredible.

WHY I LOVE THE PROCESS OF INVENTION

During high school, when I was not involved in sports, I worked at the local gas station. I had some good times fixing cars, running the shop, and chumming with the locals. This gave me an early love for cars and another notch on my belt in my entrepreneurial journey.

In high school and college, I kept tinkering with things to invent. One invention came from some of the real estate investments I owned. I created a process that could be placed between walls to block the sound. When I showed it to a few business owners, doctors, and dentists for whom I was building these buildings, they said, “That’s cool, but what can it save me on taxes?”

After hearing that response many times, I realized what a big deal taxes are and, if not planned for properly, how much harm they could do. it could do some real harm. That’s what led to my later invention, “The Smiling Retiree Process,” that would could actually help millions of Americans.

Birth Of An Entrepreneur

In the 4th grade, I had my paper route. I was an entrepreneur almost before I could walk. In fact, in the third grade, I would sell raspberries and cherries from my family orchard to the neighbors. I learned hard work at a very young age, this added to the value of serving others. This passion for building businesses and creating wealth has been a common chord in my life. Throughout my life, I have created multiple businesses and been involved at every level of reel estate.

Out of college, I got a job with a company, like most people. I don’t regret it one bit. What a great learning experience! I also started investing in real estate and over a few years, I realized I could make more by investing in real estate, so I left the 9 to 5. I have developed, built, and owned all types of real estate throughout the years. Achieving this level of financial freedom at a young age, really became part of my life’s mission: to keep educating my family, friends, and others on how to create generational wealth.

FAMILY

Navi has a family that is full of life, living all over the country. He taught his kids to follow their passions and dreams. This has led them to live the fullest life possible.

“Whenever I can grab the grandkids and teach them how to invent something or start a new business, I am helping the next generation. We spend time together, laugh around the table, and simply enjoy our company. Family is everything.”

Giving Back To The Youth

Among his many charitable activities, Navi sponsored and mentored a high school team at the U.S.First Robot contest, to help high school students develop an interest in science and engineering. This endeavor resulted in them winning the prestigious Motorola Quality Award.

“I know our youth need to keep learning math and science, so I helped a small team earn one of the top prizes…In fact, when the head of the National Science Foundation awarded us this top prize, they called us the ‘David who won against the Goliath’, since almost all of the other competitors were major companies and institutions like Texas Instruments, Rensselaer Poly Tech, and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.”

Navi has been interviewed on radio and TV on ABC and CBS. He has taught continuing education for other financial professionals as well as acted as an expert witness. Navi has shared his professional insights in multiple publications, including the Forbes Magazine, Elite Advisor, Business ICONS, and the bestselling financial books “Your Dream Retirement and Batsocks”, “Vegas and Conservative Investing”, “Financial Success for the Smiling Retiree”, and Shark Tank legend, Kavin Harrington’s Bestseller: “Build Wealth Like A Shark”. He also spoke to a group of business owners at the Leadership Speakers’ Academy at West Point, sharing the main stage recently with the Legendary Astronaut, Buzz Aldrin.

Navi is one of the diamonds in the rough. Navi was an Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the creation of the IRS. Throughout his career, he has earned some of the top prestigious financial designations in the world, including:

  — CCIM (Certified Investment Member–the top real estate designation)
  — CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst–the top financial designation in the world)
  — CTS (Certified Tax Specialist–he maintains this designation to this day)

Navi has achieved many prestigious financial designations: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CCIM (Certified Investment Member), which is the top real estate designation, and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) which is the top financial designation in the world, and CTS (Certified Tax Specialist). He was also an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent tax payers before the IRS. He still maintains the CTS designation to this day.
